Pre-WW2/1930s AIR MINISTRY - RAF Station building "FIRE" bucket - A.M. /37 dated

Code: 10590

£125.00 Approx $165.56, €147.06

Pre-WW2/1930s AIR MINISTRY - RAF Station building "FIRE" bucket - A.M. /37 dated. Really nice fire bucket, marked on the side with an A.M. tag, also dated /37. Most likely for use in RAF buildings, offices, quarters, mess hall, etc.

Standard metal bucket, painted red with the word "FIRE" stenciled on the side, most likely originally filled with sand or water, for the purpose of fire extinguishing. The bucket does have some paint loss, but the word " FIRE " is still visible. The small round brass tag is still visible, and has had some paint stripped off of it. A nice A.M. crown mark is visible, and the date of /37.

Overall, a nice original pre-war RAF-used fire bucket, ideal for a WW2 RAF display, collection, or museum.
