WW2 RAF "NOTES ON FIGHTING AND DEFENSIVE TACTICS FOR BOMBER AIRCRAFT (HAMPDEN)" - Pamphlet. A rather interesting and rarely seen set of notes on fighting and defensive tactics for bomber aircraft, this specific set for the Hampden aircraft. Named to the front to "F/O Julian Badcock" of 83 Squadron.
Nice set of notes which basically covers tactics and manoeuvres for flying the Hampden aircraft, and what to do when flying offensively and defensively if being attacked by enemy aircraft, etc, such as the famous "Corkscrew" manoeuvre. A very interesting set of notes we have not seen before. Dated inside 4/41.
The notes themselves are in pretty good condition, with no major damage we can see.
Overall, a good set of rare notes, perfect for any RAF collection, museum, or display.
